By accessing the Quanta platform, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Conduct

You agree to utilize our intelligence tools responsibly. You shall not upload, post, or transmit any illegal, harmful, or objectively inappropriate material. You retain full responsibility for the outputs generated through your prompts.

3. Intellectual Property

The Quanta platform, interface, underlying heuristics, and unique functionality remain the exclusive property of Quanta and its licensors.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your access to Quanta immediately, without prior notice, upon any breach of these Terms.
